Robert Bockes

Robert started his career in transportation and logistics over 40 years ago. More than 20 years ago along with his partners he started HEM Paving with the goal of manufacturing affordable, reliable equipment. Robert consults with his customers, gets to the heart of what they need and solves their problems. His strength with numbers and problem solving along with his ability to connect with the customers has resulted in a strong base of loyal customers.

Roger Bockes

Roger, a graduate of Iowa State University, with a background in Heavy Equipment, started HEM Paving with the mission of manufacturing a simple, durable, high quality concrete paver. For the past 22+ years, Roger has been one of the leading forces in the expansion of the product line making HEM the only company worldwide that offers a full-line of concrete paving equipment. Roger builds personal relationships with every customer, getting to know exactly what they need and what their challenges are. He is a problem solver who literally goes to the ends of the earth to assist a customer.

Rick Eisiminger

Mr. Rick Eisiminger brings to HEM Paving almost four decades of work on the international scene. As a retired U.S. Marine Corps officer and former consultant and international customer relations specialist; he is positioning HEM in the international market place while providing customer support and liaison with the factory. Rick’s mission is to oversee all aspects of the international customer relationship from HEM’s introductions through delivery and training on the product.

Darren Huinker

Mr. Darren K Huinker has more than 10 years of experience in the concrete industry, with over 25 years of manufacturing and manufacturing sales experience. As VP of Sales for HEM Paving, he brings a broad set of skills to the company and its customers including consultative selling, marketing, manufacturing and training. He has a Masters in Business Administration from Drake University US and is experienced in survey development, trade show coordination and advertising.
